Galaicontrol was founded in Vigo in 1987 as a testing laboratory for quality control in the construction sector.

The progression in the general interest in quality, the growing demand for increasingly ambitious private projects and the challenge of modernization of public infrastructures, gave wings to the development of a company, which aimed to respond to these needs.

This encouragement allowed Galaicontrol to evolve and adapt to the demands of the young technological, cultural and business evolution, while assuming quality as a key strategic factor for the company’s competitiveness.

As a result of its adaptation to changes, Galaicontrol structures its organization in three divisions, formed by a team of 100 professionals with wide experience, which work in coordination and allow it, using the most suitable means and the most outstanding technical capital, to ensure quality in the investigated sectors.
