XERMOLO

XÉRMOLO S.A. was established in 1983 with a broad business objective, encompassing the execution of civil works in the fields of public infrastructure, landscaping, and gardening across the national territory.

To this end, the company has specialized in slope stabilization, complementary construction works, and maintenance of roads and railways, as well as natural area restoration, and the design, execution, and maintenance of parks and gardens. We have a highly qualified and experienced team, along with our own fleet of machinery and equipment to ensure high-quality project delivery. The company is officially classified by the State under the appropriate categories and subcategories for the services it provides.

Our technical and administrative offices are located in Pontevedra, and we have three warehouses: one in Pontevedra, one in Ordes (A Coruña), and another in Lugo.

Our business model is based on high performance and quality standards, emphasizing specialization, continuous training of human resources, and a strong commitment to occupational health and safety.

We operate with a technical team that has extensive experience in the sector and specific training aligned with the tasks performed. As a key part of our operations, we rely on the expertise of certified and specialized partner entities for waste management, health and safety, quality, and environmental compliance. Our team includes:

  • Civil Engineers (Roads, Canals, and Ports)

  • Forestry Engineers

  • Senior Occupational Risk Prevention Technicians

  • Senior Quality and Environmental Technicians

  • Administrative Manager

  • Administrative Staff

  • General Site Supervisor

  • Team Leaders or Foremen

  • Senior Technicians

  • Junior Technicians

We have implemented a Risk Assessment Plan specifically tailored to the activities described, which is reviewed periodically as recommended by manufacturers, along with a Preventive Measures Plan, both developed by our contracted Occupational Risk Prevention Service and qualified XÉRMOLO technicians.

These risks and preventive measures have been communicated to the various team leaders (who have each been provided with a copy), and to workers through briefings, brochures, handouts, and training courses. Annual training sessions are held in accordance with current legislation and labor agreements, with the aim of improving workplace safety. We continuously invest in certified personal and collective protective equipment (PPE), appropriate to each activity.
