The Confederation of Employers of Pontevedra (CEP), in collaboration with AGEINCO, held the fourth workshop of the “From Idea to Action” programme, a key session aimed at transforming real sector needs into concrete projects focused on digitalisation, innovation, and sustainability.
This workshop marked an important milestone within the programme, focusing on supporting companies in the process of defining, structuring, and guiding initiatives towards viable projects aligned with available funding opportunities.
A Practical Approach Focused on Businesses
The session was delivered in a highly participative format, based on real challenges faced by the sector and encouraging the direct involvement of participating companies in the generation of ideas and project proposals.
The workshop was facilitated by Eliana Pardo (MentorDixital), with additional contributions from Javier Becerra of Panoimagen on the application of technology to projects, and Isabel Freitas of PROX Consultores on identifying funding opportunities.
This approach made it possible to integrate the strategic, technological, and financial perspectives required to move from ideas to real projects.
From Analysis to Action
During the session, participants worked on identifying common needs across the sector, highlighting areas such as process digitalisation, operational efficiency improvements, and the adoption of emerging technologies.
Building on this analysis, the workshop encouraged the development of project proposals tailored to the realities of participating companies, providing a first step towards their future definition and implementation.

The programme will conclude with a closing event during which the main conclusions of the initiative will be presented, together with the key opportunities identified for the sector in the areas of digitalisation, innovation, and sustainability.
