AUDASA

Autopistas del Atlántico Concesionaria Española S.A. (AUDASA) was incorporated as a public limited company on 16/10/1973.

Its purpose is to exercise the rights and fulfill the obligations arising from the management of the administrative concession, in the areas of construction, maintenance, and operation, of the Ferrol-Portuguese Border toll motorway, as well as any other road concessions that may be granted to it in the future in Spain.

In addition, its corporate purpose includes activities aimed at the operation of the service areas of the motorway for which it holds the concession, activities that are complementary to the construction, maintenance, and operation of the motorways, as well as the following activities: service stations, integrated transport centers, and parking lots, provided that all of them are located within the area of ​​influence of said motorways.

The Company may also, on its own or through subsidiaries or affiliates, carry out activities related to transportation and communications infrastructure that are authorized in Spain and in any foreign country.

Under the same regime, the Company may develop and carry out activities or participate in procedures related to road maintenance.
